yea you can do it that way...or just use the speedbleeders as you would the regular bleeder screws, but since they have a coating on the thread, just wait until you get the lines primed and then put in the speedbleeders...

it's a total pain to prime the lines, so if you have a mity vac...totally use it!

Honda part numbers "SB8125 or SB8125L " M8 x 1.25
Long Or Short
For bikes with the radial brakes and Tokico calipers (e.g. 600RR and 1000RR), you need to use SB7100. But the rear Nissin caliper would use the SB8xxx.
So these are original Honda parts? And they're for therear only? Front ones are SB7100 right? Just want to clarify.

these aren't honda original parts. they are aftermarket parts. the numbers posted are for the front for sure and i think also the rear.

Do I absolutely need the Mity Vac? I have the Motion Pro but I'm doing a brakeline swap. The lines are on, just need to get some blood in there.

Any other way to prime the lines?

nope...need some sort of a vacuum to prime them faster or else you'd be there for about 10,000 pumps before you get enough pressure to prime the lines...then you'll need to bleed them to get the air bubbles out.
