Spark plug go bad overnight?
#2
I would look more at why it went bad than a time frame, such as the way you started it or something that could have contributed to the plug going bad on start up. For instance, if your petcock was leaking fuel, it could overflow the carbs and fill the combustion chamber with gas. If that happens, you go to start the bike and it will foul the plug because there is too much gas present. If your battery was low, it may crank the engine over too slow to get it to start, which could relate to fouling the plugs. If you didn't do the proper start up, such as choke at the right time, it could result in fouled plugs.
If your bike is fuel injected and it fouled plugs, you may have another issue such as a weak FPR, or a low battery could do the same as it would with a carb setup.
