Sound Byte of 2007 CBR Not starting up? Help!

Any suggestions? Could it be the plugs with only 2500 miles?

Hey alpinstine, you open it with windows media player.

For all you others, this site will not let you upload mp3, .wma or any other file unless its zipped. I could be wrong, but tried them all. Thanks anyway.
