Default Smoke coming from under

Alright im new to the whole motorcycle seen so please try to not degrade me or laugh at me.

I was riding my '05 600rr the other day and I came back and let it sit and run for a minute and looked over and under it something was smoking and leaking. It was coming from a tube by the kickstand that looked like it was running up to the radiator but im not sure because I didnt follow it all the way up. The bike also makes noises when this is happening. I turned the key off and it still did it for about 20 seconds. It sort of sounds like a clicking noise.

Check your coolant.

As recommended, check your coolant.

Could be that your engine is running hot and there is a fault in the cooling system. The water seems to have boiled and was sent out of the overflow pipe under the bike. Could be a head gasket fault if not down to low coolant level. Thermostat could also be faulty/stuck in closed postion. Clicking noise was from radiator that was hot and then cooling down after you had switched the engine off!
