Default Single swing arm?

I like the look of bikes with just one swing arm. I'm just learning how to work on mine so basically Im just wondering what goes into it, negative or positive side effects, how much modification is needed?

Not sure if it will help get me any more specific information but its a 1994 cbr f2 with f3 motor, apparently, and f3 tail. Its pretty sharp for an older bike Id be willing to put some time in it.

Anyways thanks in advance.

a VFR swingarm is what you want and if you search "SSSA coversion" (Single Sided Swing Arm) here I believe there is a fairly in depth thread about an F2 or F3 conversion.
