Default setting clock

i know this might sounld dumb but how the hell do you set the clock???
been riding around with clock reading 1:00 for the last year thanks in advance

Ifit's the same as my RR, the buttons are broken.. Under the rubber square things there are little square plastic pieces that fall out and prevent the buttons from working.

PRess AdJ & RES button until it flashes then use the buttons to set time
