Default Servicing 03 with 2900 miles?

Hey everyone, I've purchased this bike (03 600rr) used and need to know what to service and the deatils?
1. I've been looking at the NGK IMR9C-9HE plugs.
2. What plug wires should I run with for local city driving?
3. Should I go ahead and buy the oil, filter and coolant from the dealer?
4. The chain is of concern, just because it's dirty and I don't know when it's been lubed last.
I've been reading old posts, but I'm still wondering about getting these things done before it's time to ride.

3000 miles a little soon to be changing plugs/wires and so on. I buy my oil from a dealer, GN4 and change it every 3000 miles. A chain with 3k miles on it should be good as well. Clean it thoroughly, re-lube with proper grease/wax and check your sprockets wear and chain for slack.
