Hi all,

Its my first time here and CBR is my first bike (about 2 months old)

I have a CBR 2001 model 600cc .. I hadn't started the bike for about 2 weeks and it has been in the garage.

Now just before when I went to start the bike, the F1 light comes on when I turn the ignition to on and press the start button and it does not start.

Instead I hear a screetching noise. I really haven't the foggiest so please share your expertiese.

Is your battery charged? Try a rolling bump start.
