did you ever change your thermostat, radiator fluid, or make sure their isn't an air bubble in the coolant system? I think running a second radiator would be a huge hassel and not really get you anywhere except a smaller bank account.

yep.. have done all that.. also install a fan on the out side of the radiator, because there no room in a 91 F2 with a 893cc 900RR engine between then radiator and motor. that help in stop and go trafic but still heat up. Also have new waterpump in there. Only thing i though of doing is have the radiator cored out or aftermaket one if i can find one.

sounds like you're going to need a higher capacity radiator. they do make racing radiators for popular racing bikes. check into it. as far as i know, there are no "secondary radiator" assemblies you can buy and bolt on.

OEM radiators for bikes are pretty cheap....if you have an f2 radiator and are trying to cool a 900rr motor....you are doomed to over heat. Find a 900rr radiator or look for a newer curved radiator...maybe something from aZX or F4 or GSXR....any of them would be $100 or maybe a little less.

aftermarket race radiators are big bucks...

Surf ebay under "heat exchangers"...you might find some nice ones with appropriate inlet/outlets.

Good luck

Maybe wrap your headers to keep some of the heat away from the radiator. Maybe an oil cooler?
