Default Reprogramming of speedometer

I am giving serious consideration to replace the stock 16/43 sprockets to the popular -1/+2 combo. (Actually I have really decided to go forwardbut am doing the sematics for the wife.)

Following the math (((16/43)-(15/45))/(15/45))*100 = an 11.5% speed drop.
Is there any reprogramming of the electronics available to bring the speedometer back to equivalent speed?

Thanks.
