Default replaced cam chain tensioner on cbr600, bike wont start!??

OK so its not a sumo but you guys have helped me tons on my other bike which is. I have a 06 cbr600rr that I replaced the cam chain tensioner. I took off the tank, and disconnected the injectors and the fuel rail, airbox, and unplugged many wires.. I got it all back together took it for a quick spin around the block and it worked and sounded so much better no more rattle! I shortly after moved to into the mountains (from 5000-8000) and trailered the bike up. A week later I go to start it up and ride to work and it just cranked away wouldn't start. The battery is turning the starter it seems but not so much as a purr. I took it all back apart and everything seems to be connected properly. It just sounds like its not getting any spark, I sprayed some carb cleaner in the intake and no change. Could the timing be off? Could the trailering it from a lower elevation mess with the computer? Why would it run after the cct changeout and then just not work?
Thanks so much!

I think you may have answered your own question. It sounds more like an electrical issue than mechanical. If you have confirmed fuel/air going to the engine then definitely check that your getting spark as well. I don't believe it's the CCT unless somehow it tightened itself so much that it stops the engine? I'm not sure it even could stop it from starting at all though. My money is on electrical, check that all 4 cylinders are getting spark.

No Offense but have seen many people accidently hit the kill switch.
Start with the easy and work your way up.

Was it a rough road while you were trailering the bike? Any chance something got bounced out? Maybe a cable or vaccuum hose.

Question - why did you remove things like injectors and wiring to replace the CCT? Is it in some different place than my F3 has it?
