Default Repacking a Yoshi pipe...

I just bought a used Yoshi RS-3 pipe online for my CBR. Wanting to repack it since I do not know when the last time it was done. Heard from a couple different places that Yoshi recommends using their repacking kit of course. The last time I had to repack a pipe all I needed to replace was the fiberglass material inside. Some say the Yoshi needs a roll of steel wool (looks like a roll of tape) and a "pillow" of fiberglass. Does anyone know if this sounds right? The guy I was talking too was unsure if the pillow went on first and then the steel wool or vice versa....any help would be great.

Thanks
