why are you going to up to a 190 ? you do realize that this will affect your handling. unless you plan to only go in staright lines then i dont see the point of bumping up to a 190

Just thought wider tire would help through turns & curves- more rubber contact surface!!!! Idon't think it would change handling that much -honestly????

the wider tire actually effects the way a motorcycle will lean. hence a wider tire will not let the motorcycle reach its full lean potential. i hope im stating this right

The Metzler M3 great tire I just put a set on my F3. Depending on what size rim you have makes tire size an issue. If it came with a 5.5 rim you should be able to mount a 190 and not have a huge problem with chicken strips. I put a 190 on the rear with a 5.5 rim and my F3 handles fine

I got M3's front and rear on my F4i and a 190 in the rear and handles a **** ton better to me than the 180 it may just be me making myself believe that but I like the 190. Metzler M3 FTW

I can recommend the AVON Viper's as I have used a set. They are great for street riding, lots of grip, very stable in turns and take bumps very very well.

I have some Dunlop Race DOT tires on atm, that a member here sent me to use for a track day. I'd also recommnd those as well, though you should get maybe the next level down and don;t have to get the DOT tires as they wear a bit quicker on the street. After the Dunlop's wear out, I've already got some new Viper's waiting for install.

I'd have to agree with everyone else on the size issue.

Stick to the size meant for the bike. 180 is what you want. A 190 will look a bit cooler...standing still.

It all comes dow to the choice of do you ride for show, or for the love of it?
