Default Rear shock swap

Hello Gang!

I have an old CBR1000FT and unsurprisingly it needs a new rear shock. The items are really limited buying new. Does anyone know if the shock is shared with other models?

Ta,

You could try Girlings for your shock absorber, as they usually have all sorts for all bikes? Other than that try a few reputable breakers or advertise on Ebay. Good luck!
