Default Real Big Problem

Alright, I need serious help.

Basically I left my bike(1998 Cbr600f3) off the road in my garage for 2 years with all the fluid in. And now I have been trying to get it back running again so I can put it on the road for this summer.

Here's what I've done: Drained Oil and Gas and replaced with new. Changed battery. Changed Fuel filter. Cleaned air filter. Change oil filter. Took off all carbs and cleaned thoroughly with carb cleaner, along with all jet pilots. Checked fuses (they looked good). And started it up.

The big took a little bit to get all the new fuel running and I let it idle with the choke on for a bit to get all the old stuff out. But here's the problem... It will only run when the choke is on full. If I lower the choke it dies. And if I give it any gas while the choke is on it will die.

Can someone please help me. I was thinking maybe the spark plugs but there is no way I can take them off with the tools I have, and it starts fine so I figured they weren't a big deal

PLEASE HELP

when you cleaned the carbs, what did you set the pilot jets at?

I think they should be around 2 turns out on that bike.

i didn't touch the main jets, just the pilot jets. But im pretty sure i fixed the problem. I took out the spark plugs and they were pretty dirty so i switched them out and now it is running a lot better, just gotta put some high grade gas in and see if it runs smoother
