crashed my bike last week... got it back today from the shop... the whole back end got replaced... and i noticed the turn signals in the front are ON..back is OFF... all the blinkers work..break light works.... just wonderin if the back ones are suppose to be constantly ON too?

 

The signals in the front stay on as running lights from the factory, as long as the blinkers still work your fine. Backs are off unless in use.
