From what I have read, the regulator can be a problem. The OEM ones get hot and fail. Mine bike had an aftermarket R/R and there are many threads that can give you better info on this topic than I can.

Obviously, be fastidious with changing oil, maintaining fluid levels and such. I would also keep an eye on the brake pads. Replace if they are at all suspect since the pads are much cheaper than rotors.

I also read that the cam chain tensioner can be a problem. The OEM unit is aoutomatic. I bought an aftermarket manual tensioner from APE that came very highly recommended. I think I paid somewhere around fifty bucks with the gasket. I've not installed it yet so I can't comment on how it works or how much of a pain it is to change. I'm told it is an easy install. Looks pretty straight forward. There are several threads on the forum on this topic as well.

Other than that, you bought a Honda. Reliability is what they are all about. (I hope). lol Good luck with the bike.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about the 33k I have personally seen bikes with way more mileage than that. And you bought a Honda, so no worries. Ekelmen definately give you some sweet tips. Other than normal safety maintenance your good to go
