Please help me on this one!! Ok, here it goes. I have a 1998 900rr that the motor blew on. So i picked up a 1993 motor and it fit and runs great. THE PROBLEM!! the 98 900rr had a speedo sensor on the motor and my 93 motor that I no winstalled doesnt. The 93 motor that is in uses the front wheel speedo sensor and cable. WHAT DO I DO?? Is there a conversion?? Do i get the front wheel speedo sensor, the cable, and a gauge cluster from a 1993 900rr, IF SO then will the rest of the gauges works Please help. I am new to this forum. why did you opt to put the 93 motor in? just outta curiosity... the 93 has a smaller bore, 893 vs the 98s 918cc. also the 5th and 6th gears are shorter than 98s and the computers are also diffferent
