Here's another idea. Pick up a theft recovery frame with no VIN on it (grinded down) And perhaps have the DMV restamp it? I've heard of it being done before, but not sure how that would work in Michigan.

haha, racers edge in outside of cincinnati is about 10 mins from my house as well. Kinda funny you find 3 guys from the same little town on an international forum.
