Default Problem with the lights. They blink sometimes

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with this issue. I own a Honda CBR600F F4i 2004.

I have a problem with the lights, because when I start the bike and the engine is running, the headlights, the panel instruments and the turning lights blink sometimes, they flash or even turn off. The turning lights and the headhlight are LED. Thought this was the problem, but since I have a problem with the panel instruments, I discarded the issue.

The battery was 12,3 V without starting the bike. If I start her, it would raise to 14,7 V. Thought the voltage was too high, so I've replaced the regulator/rectifier it for a brand new one Mofset. Now I have 14,2 V when the bike starts.

I put the key, I was going to start the bike, and before that, it started to blink again, without starting the engine. So it was not a regulator problem, but I'm glad I've changed it, because I read that many owners had a problem with the regulator.

Any advice guys? The battery terminals are tight and there's no signal of corrosion. I've also checked the terminals of the stator and the regulator, and they are fine, but I know this is not the problem because the lights start to flash without even starting the engine.

I bought the bike from an old man. He kept it in the garage without picking it up for a long time. The area is mountainous and it is somewhat cold

Thanks for reading me guys!

My first thought is that there is a loose connection or burned connector somewhere. Have you looked at the main harness/upper harness connector for burned terminals and the dash plug for the same?

My next thought is that since it sat in a garage in mountainous area, you may be dealing with a partially rodent chewed wire.

RR output of 14,7v is correct. Manual states 14,5-15,0v

Fully-charged state of lead-acid battery is 13,8v. Need to have sufficiently higher voltage to push enough amps to recharge battery after starting. Having only 14,2v output will take longer to recharge battery.

Yes, flashing is probably due to loose or broken connector plug or wires. In particular ground wires. With wiring-diagram, select every ground wire and locate it on bike. Then wiggle from end-to-end. At some point, you will encountre break. Wiggling that particular location will cause lighting to blink.
