ok so i own a cbr f4i 99 and dropped $1500 to a motorcyle mechanic last summer and my bike still doesnt run. the problem is ill be riding down the road and at the same milage lets say 1.1 miles my bike starts to bog out and once i pull in the clutch it dies.so i pull over use the choke and restart it.And it happens all the time and at the same distance trust me, the same spots every time i got a new battery, altenator, air injection valve, got the floats in the carb raised for more flow and some wiring re-done,carbs cleaned and synced, new plugs and gas tank relined due to some corrosion. all i wana do is ride help me out

I understand that you prolly now would prefer to just fix her yourself after perhaps loosing faith in the mechanic...
but....
Chitt ..1500 !! ?? I would go back and tell the bastard to make her go properly!!
do you have a receipt?
have you let him know that shes not running right ?
more to the point , when she started playing up , did you let him know straight away..?

My guess is the vent tube from your gas tank is pinched. It happens once in awhile when the tank is set back on the bike and the person doing it doesnt watch for it. Its possilbe its plugged as well.
Next time it happens, quickly pop open your gas filler and listen. If you hear a woosh... then thats the issue.
Also, Im not sure what bike you have. they didnt make an F4i in 99. Im assuming your bike is an F4. the F4 was carburated, the F4i was the fuel injected version of that bike.
