Default Please Help. Another Annoying electrical problem help ASAP

I have a 1996 CBR 600 F3. The bike used to run great had absolutly no problems with the bike until one day i was riding the bike and i decided to pop a wheelie. everything was going good until the front wheel hit the ground and then everything seemed to go dead. It is almost as if there isnt a batter in the bike even though there is a new one in there. I have riped this bike appart there arnt any skins or anythign left on it. I have checked teh fuses and they all work. When i turn the key there is no light or sound but when i check with the volatage meter i get power to the CDI box and teh voltage regulator. So if u could please help asap this is my everyday ride so i hope to get it back on the road quickly thanks

Sorry, missed the lights being out the first time. I'd check to make sure the connection from the ECU to the instrument panel is tight.
