Pit-eck Exhaust

Got a Pit-Eck echaust for my CBR 600 F4 and can't figure it out. Looks as though it might be a high mount, but I would burn my heel if it were. Anyone have any experience with this pipe? Help!

what kind of pipe.. i've never heard of piteck exhaust.. i'll look into it
