It adds an extra amount of fuel to your bike depending on how much throttle you are giving it. The increased air going into it from riding faster will allow you to put more fuel into the bike getting more power from it. If you set it at 20% at 15%gas for 15 revolutions. That means when you pull the throttle 15% back, it will give 20% more fuel for 15 revolutions of the engine.
