Just wondering from all that have had passengers on their 1000RR's , I realise it's a sportsbike and was not intended on having a comfortable passenger spot in it's design, hell even the driver comfort was not top priority for the engineers. I am wondering on your input from passengers just how bad or how decent it is for them on the back. I see they will sit up super high in the wind stream perhaps, and leaning on our shoulders. If they are tiny enough maybe 125 or less is it o.k. for little rips around town or still basically needs to be diehard fan to take it on the back even for short rips around town? LOL

I have an 06 600RR and i ride with a passenger all the time. When we've gone on 1hr plus rides without stopping her back will hurt, its usually cured with a 10 minute break then we continue on again. Aside from that she really doesnt have any other complaints, she is usually ready for a break about the same time i am anyways so that seems to work out well.
If you plan on going really long distances with a passenger, you will probably need to stop quite a bit. But cruisin around town, it's not going to be bad at all.
