Default Painting my fairings

Does anyone have any tips for painting my fairings. My father is very good with his spray gun but neither of us have ever painted plastics. Is there some kind of agent to go in the paint to allow it to flex with the plastics or anything like that? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone and be safe.

Please search before asking. I've posted so many times detailing the basics for painting fairings. To answer one question though use a urethane paint and get a flex additive for it so it will bend more freely.

I'd love to search first, and if I were at school I would do that but I am not and here at home I might as well strip the bike entirely and rebuild it while waiting for a page to load. Everything here is ungodly slow. Sorry if I cluttered up the board though.
