Which oil should I use on my 600RR

I ended up using a K&N filter that ran me $7 or $9. I bought Shell Rotella T, 5W-40 is all they had but it's running nicely. Easy oil change, almost as easy as changing the brake pads. Thanks everyone. Now off to ride...
