Oil leak from shifter rod/bolt?

Discovered an oil leak today. 01 F4i, right next to where shift rod goes into transmission. The problem is I am not sure where it is coming from. I already wiped it down for observation but it is a very slow leak. What is the most likely thing to leak oil in this area?
It is definitely oil and not chain lube.
Is there oil behind the bolt where the oil drop is hangin out?
Or could it be the rubber grommet where gearshift spindle/rod comes out?
The leak has to be somewhere in between there as the neutral sensor looks to be very dry.
Appreciate any ideas. Thanks all.

Also my last oil report came in with traces of iron copper and lead. Could this be related at all or a far shot?
According to Blackstone labs, "Iron, copper, and lead suggest wear from a bearing/bushing and steel shaft interface. Maybe the water pump? This could also be main/rod bearing wear, with iron from the crank."
Hmm.....
