Right getting a bit farther now , I can get the pump working on the bench with a battery , green earth single brown live. Now I now the pump over to the bike and try it off the bike battery all good the pump is working.

Now onto the bike loom the fuel pump plug contains 3 wires green earth , brown and black is the fuel tank sender , single brown is live.

Now everything on the bike is working , the is power coming out of the single brown on the fuel pump loom as soon as I connect the pump live wire it looses the power ????????

I really hate electrics .....

The sensor on the tstat housing is the coolant temp sensor for the computer. The fan switch is in the radiator by the lower hose.

1.0?

IIRC, the fan kicks on around 220F.
