Default no dash instruments need help!

put in some smaller front turn signals, and when i went to start my bike there was nothing from the dash.
no speed countdown, oil light, temp, nothing. the only thing that works is the high beam and the turn signals.

when i wired the new lights i connected only two of the three wires. i though the third wire was for the constant parking light. so i did not wire that one up.

looked around for a DIY but couldn't find what i needed.

bike is a 02 F4i

I've had the same problem with my bike, the signals and bright light works but nothing else. I took it to the dealership and all they said that it was were 2 fuses were blown. It happened to me because I had to ride home in some really heavy rain 1 day and they said that might've done it. I dunno if you might've blown the fuses but check that out 1st
