Hey all, I just bought my first bike and am definitely a newbie. Not sure what needs to be done to store for a Chicago winter, any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you're really storing it, search for "winterize" and "Storing" with the search function of this site. You'll find alot of helpful information. Other than that, basically you need to drain all your fluids, pull the spark plugs and shoot a little squirt of oil in there to sit on the pistons and keep the rust off em. That's all I can think of. (I ride all winter, snow or shine, so that's all I can think of right now) Good luck! If we can help with anything else, let us know and welcome to the site!
