Default Need some tire advice

Im in need of a new set of tires for my '99 F4. Im kinda stuck on what I should get. Im thinking about getting the Pilot powers but I do quite a bit of highway riding, should this be a concern for the pilots??? I just dont want to have to spend 250 bucks on a new tire every year. I ride aggressivley but I dont ride really really hard alot. I would like to get a " sport " tire as opposed to a " sport touring " tire but im concerned about the highway riding ( around 200-300 kms per trip )

Any one got some feed back or some reccomendations????? Thanks

a sport touring tire (like the Michelin Pilot Road) have quite a bit of grip. I think RocketGirl uses them.

pirelli diablo stradda's thats what im runningnow cause im in the same predicament lol i do mainly highway riding with a little bit of corner carvingon the weekends. the only thing ive noticed so far is that the stradda'sare pretty much almost as grippy as the corsa's . now i say almost as grippy cause lets face it these tires are a SPORT TOURING TIRE and are not meant to be put under the loads that the corsa's are put under.... so all in all they are just as good as the corsa's but are cheaper and last longer (well that has yet to be determined) ok im done rambling now somebody tell me to stfu lol

STFU .... J/K

Both of those are pretty good tires. Mietzler makes a really good tire, but most of them are the "sport" tires, but I do believe they have some sport touring tires. I hadsome in a compound 5 and they held up very well. They didnt show the wear at first for a while, but when they do start to finally wear, they wear, haha.

And why does it matter the way it looks?!?!?!? The only thing that is different is the tread design, is that really that bigof deal!?!?!?!
