Default Need some assistance

I have a 96 900RR.
I am putting my new stator cover on today. I need to know what factory recommended oil weight/visc to use. I already know filter part number.

Also, I will be putting new forks on my bike very shortly. Does anyone happen to know the torque specs on that?

Thanks for any and all help.

i ran mobil 1 full synthetic 10w-40 in my 900rr and never had any problem. but you could probably get away with using whatever oil you felt like .
