I'm wondering if anyone in or around the Minneapolis/St.Paul area has a No-Mar tire changer and would be willing to swap out a set of tires for me on my rims(remove old front & rear and install new front & rear). I'm not looking for any free-bees(willing to pay) & more importaintly would like them changed out without any rim damage(paint ect.). Please let me know if you can help....

No problem man. Let me direct you to another web site and look for Darren. He lives in Up Town. I think it's like $20/tire or maybe both I dont recall. I bought my tires from him so it was all rolled into one.

Start a user name and look under vendors. Darren or Dern (depending on who you ask) is the Dunlop rep. He's got your hook up. He does mostly evening work as he has another job. Just PM him and let him know what you got. If you make a big post about it it may take him longer than just PM'ing him. Good luck.

I live in Rogers. I just joined MNSBR and was reading thru that post about the charity ride.....sounds like a BLAST!! Unfortunately, this Sunday wont work for me as I have prior commitments and my bike is in need of new rubber. I was cleaning it up last night after getting caught in the rain and noticed a 3" long X 1/16" wide strip of cord exposed down the center of the tire. I have a set of Michelin Pilot Powers on order but will probably not have them until late next week and am really not comfortable riding knowing the tire is in that condition. I really do not want to "call it a season" just yet so I may have to ask my fiancé if I can use her 05 SV650S for the very limited days we probably have left of decent riding here in MN. Then it's time to change the mindset and start thinking sleds.
