Is there a way to drill into the frame of the bike and what are they made of?

Why do you need to drill into the frame? I wouldnt drill anything that supports bike. It sounds like a recipe for disaster.

that would be perfect whats it look like can i hook up 8g stranded wire to it?

Crimp a fork connector on the end and then you can slip into a ground bolt easy.
