make sure your tip sensor is mounted properly. Take a look at it, it'll have and arrow and it'll point up. If that is upside down you'll get power but no fuel pump. look at that first and let me know what's up.

ok, from the get go. I'm not insulting you or your abilities at all, just trying to help you out.
1. bike on kickstand
2. turn key on
3.bike in neutral
4. turn the kill switch on
If you're still not getting a fuel pump here, you should check to see if 1. it's pluged in, 2. see if you're getting power at the plug with a multimeter.
I do not have my bikes at my house or i'd let you know what you were supposed to get at each wire. Test for voltage with the switch off first, then test for voltage with it on and see if you are getting power.

if it wont even turn over then it is somthing before the tip over sensor.. nutural or kick stand switch.. if you get it to turn over but you still got no fuel pump then try bypassing the tip over sensor by jump the two outter wires at the tip over sensor harness... let me know how that works out

I'm having the same problem. I just went streetfighter with my '02 f4i. I plugged everything back in (all the connectors from the front end) and now I don't get an fuel pump priming buzz and the starter doesn't engage. I have the Bank Angle Sensor (tip sensor) jumped by connecting the two outer wires.

I've checked the fuses and they are all fine. The other curious thing is that I'm not getting any juice to the headlights. I've got juice going to the turn signals/marker lights but nothing to the headlights. Also, there is juice going to the Bank Angle Sensor. There is NO juice going to the fuel pump. My guess is that there is some safety feature that is preventing juice from going to the fuel pump but besides the neutral safety and sidestand and tip sensor, I don't know what else would prevent juice going to the fuel pump.

It's strange because the bike ran fine up until I pulled it apart. I have made sure it is in neutral, kickstand up/down, ignition on etc.

Any ideas?
