Any carbed bike that sat for a while is hard to start. Typically takes a whole battery charge so have a tender ready and be sure you are starting it off a fully 100% charged battery.
If you set it up a little lean, its even harder to start. Not necessarily a bad thing if you want more power, but you have to be careful. Too lean will damage your engine.
So for now, I guess the question is did you eventually get it started after it sat? How long does it take to start now if so and is your choke on? You most likely need to do more tuning on your jetting. Jet kits are not just a 1 shot easy mod, they take work.
