When I bought my bike it had a pretty worn front tire. I could feel some vibration due to uneven wear and the cornering grip specially when wet was clearly compromised. I bought a new Michelin Pilot Road 1 and after I had driven it in for bout 100 or so miles and took it to the twists the only thing that ended was my guts. Before the swap if I let go of the bars @ over 70km/h it started to wobble and try to go into tankslapper, afterwards if I could jam the throttle it would continue straight till the cows come home. I thought I had worn front shocks cause they were hard and hit my hands with every bump, turned out that was the ole hardened tire too. Felt like another bike completely.
