I used plastic epoxy to keep the mesh on my bike, Holds pretty good

rrasco, just pull ur fairings off, cut and mold the screens and then take them to powder coat. Used epoxy on mine and have held well in Florida heat. Keep this in mind, when you cut, give yourself plenty of edge, about 3/4 of an inch, you'll need that room when you're waiting for the epoxy to dry. Take your time and do one edge at a time, will come out looking hot.

I did it right after I bought my 06 in january, I didn't get a chance to read through the one posting but I found that using a hot glue gun worked the best. I have pics also if people want to see the outcome of it.
