RTV doesnt fail bro, once you lay it out theres no worries. Just remember a little goes a long way, you dont want tons of sealer/RTV hanging inside the crankcase

I think that you should wait a bit longer. Maybe keep the bike in your garage with a heater. Try even giving it a bit of blow drier attention. The same thing happens when its too hot as well from my experiences with sealant so don't get it too hot either. There should be optimal temperature specs on the package as well.The best thing is time. You dont want to start it too soon and end up blowing the whole deal. All good things in time. Patience is a virtue my friend.

24 hours is enough, **** Ive started after 4 hours and it doesnt fail. Youll be fine man
