Default mabye a carb prob?

ok, heres the deal, my bikes been in the garage for two weeks due to rain. when i went to start it, it started really hard. so when it did start it stumbled and stalled. after getting started to where it ran by itself and it was up to temp, i turned the choke off and it died. tried several times with the same result. so i changed the plugs, air filter, gas in the tank, sprayed the petcock out with carb cleaner, cleaned the in tank filter, cleaned the carbs. now it will idle with no choke till i hit the throttle, then stumbles and spits and backfires, i pulled the new plugs back out and they were white. any one know where to look from here. would appreciate any input or advice thanks

well its running lean so its obviously being starved for fuel. I don't know your bike lik.e my f2 but is there a fuel filter other than the intank one or a fuel pump? When you cleaned the carbs did you actually tear them down and clean them or just spray them

Did you clean the pilot and main jets? They containtiny holes which must be cleared for the carbs to function properly.
