Default Lowering Link Issue...

When I purchased my bike they put on all the mods I wanted for free. So that included my lowering link..I'm 5'3" but they set it at the lowest setting. And I want it higher, I called and told them of their mistake. And the salesperson told me when I bring it in for its first service to get it adjusted then.
But I figured I can do it my self...I can see the link and the bolt. My question is what is entailed of me doing it myself? I know a rear stand would be a huge help...what else.

Thanks in advance for helpin' a sista' out.

Do you have a manual? Cuz that would help to make sure you do it correctly and with the right tool. The tool should be in your toolkit. The only thing I can think of though is that changing the ride height might affect your overall suspension and handling. You'd have to adjust all your suspension settings accordingly. If your service guys are gonna do all that for you at no charge, it might be better to let them do it, unless you're really mechanically inclined.
