WHAT ALL IS NEED TO LOWER A F3?

I KNOW WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE REAR, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE FRONT?

 

this would be for general tech.... but any ways what you do is losen up the triple clamps and just slide the forks up... and stiffen up the preload.. your probaly going to wanna take it too a buddys house or a shop if you dont have a stand for the front that makes the bike rest only on the triple tree.. but ya its pretty simple..
