lowering 2002 f4i in the rear 3 -4 inches
yea the quicker turn in n flickable is ok for a experienced rider, but for a noob tho its more like its too touchee, unstable, get my meaning? And def for someone whose body is all stretched out trying to 'fit' the bike.
Right on. We're on the same page. Get the right bike for the rider. Don't try to make the wrong bike fit.
she dont want no 250 or 500. i actually was lookin at the sv650s but she dont like those styles....she not a noob like that. i mean she took the class and everything but hasnot ridden a full on sportbike. my sis is pretty heady she kno not to do nothin wreckless or anything. like i said she jus gona be practicing in a area not jus full out on the streets or anything. and as far as twisities, not a chance, she not into that.

The SV650s are great bikes. V-twin power and a slightly less aggressive stance.
You're gonna do what your gonna do, all I'm saying is I would never put my little sis straight on a SS bike because no matter how careful she is she's going to go down and knowing about bikes I would feel responsible for putting her on something she couldn't handle.
Anyway, didn't mean to derail your thread. Good luck.
say man not a problem i hear u man...i do appreciate all the love and concerns. my very first bike was an sv650, mad i sold it too. then i went to a 99 gsxr 6 then an 2003 gsxr600 then to a gsxr 750 no im on the 1000. so i went trhru the progression.

Well at this point I'd recommend she herself create a forum account so your sister can speak for herself. And then she can pop into the ladies lounge and ask the other lady riders what can be done to help the situation.
We're guys. Ask us about women's boots and you're likely to get recommendations that look like this

The bike is too big for your sis and is not suitable. Find something else before the size and power get away from her. SV650 is an idea but I really would consider something smaller again, to a noob anything 500cc and upwards will feel fast. I know a a tiny girl that rides a CB500 and rides it very well because it fits her properly.
If your sis doesn't like twisties then a 600cc SS will be a total waste of money/performance anyway.

Sounds like your sis is looking for the "image" and ignoring the facts of the matter.
Look at the 08-10 Kawasaki 250R - Hand to God, I walked out of work the other day and saw a black one sitting in our MC parking area, looked at it up close for about 5 mins before I realized it wasn't a bigger bike. They finally got the styling right on an affordable package for beginners that don't want to "look" like beginners. (One 2 work had a carbon 2Brothers pipe and a smooth undertail, so there's some aftermarket support for them too)
