use a ratchet strap to lift the bike from the rear subframe. After that it should be pretty self explanitory. Make sure you torque the bolts to spec. Those are some parts you DO NOT want to come loose when riding.

its a very simple change first losen the back bolt up and then lift the back of the bike by the subframe but dont lift it all the way just enough to pull the bolt out then take your other bolt out and change them, very simple im not sure about the rr's but you probly will have to lower the front to so it wont feel like your ridin a cruiser but im not sure

yeah u will need to lower the front as well to go with the amount u lower it and if u drop it a significant amount u will need to get your kickstand shopped or try findin a smaller one because with teh bike lowered and a normal height kickstand will make the bike stand almost straight up instead of leanin over a bit. i had my done all at the shop was done in one day didnt talke long. but it was all part of my bike purchase so dont know how much it actually costs to have it done.

Dont pay anyone to lower your bike. That would be a waste of money.
