When I bought my bike I only got one key... Is their any way to get another one with out ripping the ignition apart? Can a lock smith make a duplicate of the key 2003 cbr 600rr

You can have one made at any hardware store (I went to ACE), but they didn't have the one with the fancy plastic grip, it's plain metal. If you want the OEM one, you can order a blank one online or at the dealer as a regular part, then have it cut.

Um you lost the only key you had? Or you just wanna extra one just in case? If you lost it then unfortunately my friend you will need to remove your ignition and take it to the stealership and they will look up the numbers and cut you a key. Probably should take your title with you. If you wanna make a copy, good luck finding a store that carries it. I've searched high and low and cannot find one for my bike (01 F4i) anywhere, not the 5 hardware stores (including ACE) or 4 autoparts stores. I did however find some on eBay, but I dont need 10 of em. Good luck

That's odd, when I took mine in the guy found a match for it almost immediately???

I just had one cut at my local hardewave store. Doesnt have the plastic bit on the end, but id defenitly works.

I have one original key just want at least one spare I would like to carry an extra spare in my wallet just incase i drop one somewere i can still get home and dont have to tow the bike
