RE: K&N air filter... need a powercommander?
i guess he's right then eh?
WTH?
dyno a rich running bike and one that is running lean...not excessively lean but just so you aren't breaking parts...and compare with a rich bike, which has too much fuel that not all is burning off...now you let me know which one is making more HP.
what makes the power is the fuel combusting...now tell me how does unburned fuel give more power?
same thing, not enough fuel doesn't give enough power...but in general, a leaner bike (not excessively lean) will produce more power than a rich bike since all of the fuel is being burned...but then it all depends on how lean, how rich, etc...so you shouldn't be making so general statements...

TahoeSC -- Mga put it best with his little picture Arguing over an internet board is like skydiving nekkid -- everybody can see you're nuts. Pretty sure we aren't gonna sway his opinion and he ain't gonna change mine. Dude with the original question will just have to make up his own mind from what he sees. Not worth getting riled up.
