I bought a cbr 600 a few months ago and wrote i was a little disappointed with the performance (it haf been stood 6 mnths). however i have just installed a k and n filter , put some decent semi synthetic oil in and Bob's your uncle. Much better! Was going to sell but had a good run this weekend, got 132mph out of her. Much more repsonsive. Also purchased a D and D exhaust (made in Texas i believe?) that will hopefully help the low end power. yes overall a tidy little bike, good looking and I can still strap my rucksack on the seat if I need to go anywhere. Was looking for something more sporty but i reckon this one is a keeper...for now anyway
