Default Japanese vs USA conversion

I have a '05 repsol shipped straight from the U.S. Air force Base in Japan. This bike was purchased in Japan and is spec'ed to Japan regulations, it is also in Km/h. I want to convert over to U.S. specs. because Japan regulates it's factory HP to only 97hp. I have purchased an U.S. ECU along with the U.S. air funnels for the air cleaner (which are larger in Diameter). I was also told these will change the HP output. Is there anything else I would need to add or change to get the most from this bike? I'm also adding a PC3 and Yoshi rs5 complete exhaust system.

Thanks for any advise.

The speedo is an easy fix, just hold in the top button till it changes to mph. (might be the bottom button, I can't remember sht) Also the injectors may also be different, I dunno, I'm just speculating. If it needed less air, then it needs less fuel too right. That may be controlled by the ecu, and/or smaller injectors.

Wish you the best of luck w/ this. Back in the 80's, I wanted to import a right-hand drive RX7 but was met w/ all sorts of hurdles. Finally gave up on the idea. I hope things are easier these days w/ importing vehicles/bikes.
