Default Which integrated tail light is best????

I want to install an integrated tail light on my 06 CBR1000RR. I am trying to choose between the
Clear Alternatives Integrated light brand and the Custom LED brand. I had the Custom LED brand on my 04CBR1000RR and it was very bright. The Custom LED uses 52 red LED's and 42 yellow which is why it is so bright. Catch is, you have to pop open the stock tail light housing to install the board. Also have to mess with wiring.
The Clear Alternative Integrated brand is a complete housing. No pooping the stock housing open. Can also be removed it desired. Only thing is, I don't know how bright the Clear Alternative unit is. Is it brighter than the stock 12 LED's? I am trying to decide if the possibly brighter Custom LED set up is worth the time over the simpler Clear Alternatives. If the Clear Alternatives is a bit brighter than the stock tail light, then could be the better choice. Plus it is a few bucks less expensive.

Anyone have any experience with the Clear Alternative unit?

Thanks
Roach

I put one on my 600rr and even with the SMOKE lens it is pretty visible, now during the day right in the sun not so much till I hit the brakes, which was fine for me, but to answer your Q Clear alternatives makes a good product and they stand behind there work, should be fairly cheap too, GL

I just put the Clear Alternatives taillight on my 06 CBR1K and to me it is much brighter then the stock one. The blinkers are very bright and visable also. And it can't get much easier then taking one out and putting one right back in. There are way more LED's on the CA light then the stock one. I think the stock light uses more reflectors than LED's. Oh, I also got the clear one, not smoked.

Got the clear alternatives also. No complaints. Bright even with the smoked lense.
